Junior Graphics Designer

Work Description:

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic candidate for the position of Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing visually compelling designs for digital and print media, including logos, brochures, and social media content. Fresher’s with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply.

Education:

• Must be a design graduate or equivalent Degree
• 6-12 Month Private Design Diploma/Course Holder Fresher (DO NOT APPLY)
• Fluent Communication in English is Must

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in graphic design
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator etc
• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Good communication skills to effectively present and communicate design ideas
• Knowledge of printing processes and file preparation for print
• You should be familiar with AI tools like ChatGPT, DALL-E, Midjourney, etc.

Job Roles:

• Assist in creating and designing various marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and website banners
• Collaborate with the team to develop creative concepts and ideas
• Use graphic design software and tools to execute designs
• Ensure that all designs adhere to brand guidelines and standards
• Work closely with clients to understand their design requirements and incorporate feedback
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in graphic design
• Manage multiple projects and meet project deadlines
