Work Description:
The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for implementing, and monitoring digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, YouTube, and Meta. This role is pivotal in driving sales and enhancing the online presence of our brand by leveraging data-driven strategies to optimize ad spend and increase ROI. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and an analytical mindset to assess campaign performance and drive continuous improvement.

Education:
- BSc/BA in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field; AdWords certification is a plus
- Online Diploma in Performance Marketing or equivalent course
- Fluent Communication in English is Must
Requirements:
- Proven 2-3 years of experience in managing PPC campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with a knack for data analysis and reporting
- Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion optimization, and online customer acquisition
- Experience with A/B and multivariate testing
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in PPC
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and drive results
- Proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms
- Strong knowledge of GA4, GTM, Data Studio, and Google Merchant Centre
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills
- Familiarity with D2C brands and their specific marketing needs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- You should be familiar with AI tools like ChatGPT, DALL-E, Midjourney, etc.

- Monitor and analyse the performance of advertising campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize effectiveness and ROI.
- Collaborate with the content creation and marketing teams to ensure that ad creatives are compelling and aligned with brand messaging.
- Utilize A/B testing and other data analysis techniques to optimize ad campaigns for better performance.
- Manage advertising budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation across platforms and campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising and performance marketing.
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for future strategies.
- Work closely with the sales and web development teams to monitor sales performance on the website and identify opportunities for improvement.
