Intern Graphic Designer

Work Description:

We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer Intern to join our team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience and build a portfolio by working on real-world projects. As a Graphic Designer Intern, you will assist in designing visually compelling graphics for various platforms, helping to enhance our brand’s visual presence.

Key Responsibility:

• Assist in creating high-quality graphics for digital platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and advertisements.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and design layouts that align with the brand’s vision.
• Design print materials such as brochures, posters, banners, and other marketing collateral.
• Work on logo design, infographics, and other visual content to communicate ideas clearly and creatively.
• Help in editing and retouching images for product displays, promotional materials, and more.
• Ensure consistency in brand identity and design aesthetics across all platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in graphic design, typography, and colourtheory.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to design projects.
• Assist with video editing, animation, or motion graphics if applicable.

Education:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Knowledge of graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator is essential.
• Familiarity with video editing software or animation tools like After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus.

Skills Qualification:

• Strong creative and artistic skills with a good sense of aesthetics and attention to detail.
• Ability to create visually appealing and effective designs.
• Basic understanding of design principles such as composition, typography, and colourtheory.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with teams.
• Ability to work on multiple projects, meet deadlines, and handle feedback constructively.
• Familiarity with AI design tools like DALL-E, MidJourney, or Figma is an added advantage.
• A portfolio showcasing design skills, even if academic or personal projects.
